How it works
Coucou is a form builder with a visual editor, public share links, and a responses hub.
Build
The builder has three panels: a block palette, a live canvas, and an inspector for form settings, submit button styling, and per-block options. Changes autosave after you stop typing.
Publish
Forms can be Draft, Live, or Archived. Only live forms accept public responses. You can also schedule open and close times in the inspector under Schedule & limits.
Share or embed
Every live form has a public link. To put the form on your own website, open Share in the builder, switch to the Embed tab and paste the snippet into your page. The same snippet is one click away from Copy embed code in each form's menu on the Forms page. The embedded form grows and shrinks with its content, hides the cover image, and tells your page when someone submits, so you can redirect or track from there. Embedding is free on every plan.
Collect
Respondents fill out your form at a public URL. Required fields are validated before submit. You can export responses as CSV from the Responses page.
After someone submits
The Ending section of the inspector controls the thank-you page: its title and message, an optional button, a link that lets people submit another response, and an optional redirect that sends respondents to any page of yours as soon as their response is saved. Inside an embedded form the redirect becomes a Continue button, and your page is told so it can redirect itself.
Close a form
Under Schedule & limits, set a close date, a response limit, or both. When either is reached the form stops accepting answers and shows your closed message in the form's own theme, on the public link and in embeds alike. Deleting a response frees a slot, and raising the limit reopens the form immediately. When a limit is reached we email you once, with links to the responses and to the limit.
Get notified
On the form's Integrations tab, turn on email notifications to receive every answer by email each time someone submits. Pick which workspace members get it, and optionally let respondents ask for a copy of their own answers: pick one of your form's Email fields and an “Email me a copy” checkbox appears under it.
